Amber brings a decade of leadership experience spanning healthcare and behavioral health, business development, and communications — most recently at a Fortune five Healthcare company. Her background as a Master of Social Work and former Emergency Room Social Worker gives her a rare, firsthand command of the human impact behind policy — exactly the perspective MAC was built on.
As Chief of Staff, Amber will lead strategic coordination, communications, and stakeholder engagement across the firm, working directly with Robert Houton to advance our mission of mobilizing accountability in Congress.

strategic coordination in overseeing projects, coordinating firm priorities, and manage communication flow. Among Amber's strengths include:
